Registration Form (Early Bird deadline July 15, otherwise registration/payment due August 7 2024)  
Date:  Friday, August 09, 2024 

Location: Pineview Golf Course   1471 Blair Road, Ottawa, Ontario Cost: $175.00 per person ($150 per person only if paid by July 15, 2023).

Fee will be refunded if pledges of $250 or more is received at registration.  

 

Cost includes green fees, shared power cart & dinner.

 

Format: Scramble (all players tee off, the team chooses the best shot, and all team members then play from that spot). 12 noon shotgun start, registration opens at 10:30am.

 

Meal:  Follows the play and is included in the price.
